Abstract: This paper expounded the rules and characteristics of social user’s needs from the opportunities and challenges brought by "Internet +", and analyzed the organization and construction of library’s social service information resource from the macro level and micro level respectively, including integration of network resource and library resources, internal heterogeneous resource, library alliance resource, creation and organization of social information resource with user’s involvement, personalized information organization, and finally indicated that of library should set up knowledge organization system with coordinate development of multi-mode through drawing nutrition from the "Internet +", to offer the users with the real needs’ service products and improve the social service level of university library.
