Construction on Knowledge Service Model of University Library under the Background of Informatization

Abstract: Based on the knowledge service model and its function, this paper analyzed the necessity of the construction of knowledge service model in university library. According to the practical experience, it studied the user demand, system framework and main contents of knowledge service model construction under the background of informatization, and conducted the research on the attentions of campus service, enterprise service, administrative service in university library, so as to improve the service efficiency to a certain extent.
