Research on the Construction of Smart Reading Platform in Digital Library with the Internet Plus

Abstract: Nowadays, the traditional reading platform of digital library has been changed dramatically by the Internet. This paper explained the concept of “Internet +” and the main characters of reading platform in digital library, and analyzed the existing problems, and then proposed the construction strategy of smart reading platform for digital library based on the thought of “Internet +”, helping to form a totally new digital community and a “real” library closed to everyone.
