Analysis on University Library 's Participation in the Construction of New Type of Think Tank

Abstract: Think tank has played a more and more important role in social and economic development and national governance. The construction of new characteristic think tanks carries out in full swing in China. University library should fully seize the opportunities to contribute in the construction of new type of think tank and improve the function of information service. This paper mainly used the SWOT analysis method to analyze the feasibility of university library 's participation in the construction of new type of think tank, and put forward some suggestions.
