The Initial Exploration on Human Resource Development of National Agricultural Library in the Age of Big Data

Abstract: The age of big data has come, and is bringing great influence to the development of libraries. National agricultural library, as the only state level agricultural professional library in China, needs to adjust the structure of human resources according to the characteristics of the age of big data, if it wants to give full play to the role of the support for national agricultural research and innovation. Facing to the current situation and other problems, this paper gives some suggestions for National Agricultural Library‘s human resource development in the age of big data.
