Discussion on Library Catalogue Training under Network Environment

Abstract: With the rapid development of librarianship, the catalogue training has become one of the important daily service works. The quality of cataloging work reflects the working ability of library basic business. The cataloger's job skills and working ability will not accomplish at one stroke. This paper analyzes the current situation and important role of catalogue. Furthermore, the proposal for how to implement catalogue work under network environment is presented.
