Localization rules of Western book Cataloging and Existing Problems of Interlib Cataloging Subsystem

Abstract: The localization rules of western book cataloging are related to all respects in book cataloging, including data description, classifying, index number and etc. This paper discussed the problems of Interlib cataloging subsystem in the process of western book cataloging, so as to provide reference for other libraries to consider their own situation to make the localization rules of western book cataloging and select the operation system.
