Study on the "4321" National Reading Promotion Mode of University Library Based on "Internet +"

Abstract: This paper analyzed the general trend of national reading, and proposed that in the "Internet +" environment, university library should give full play of the advantages to construct the “4321” national reading promotion mode with quaternity promotion subject as the core factor, three categories reading promotion audience as the targeting factor, two reading promotion space as the critical factor and one guarantee mechanism as the necessary factor, to promote the development of national reading.
