Research on Wechat Service of University Libraries in Guangdong Province

Abstract: This paper took 92 university libraries in Guangdong Province as the object of investigation, by logging into the library website to scan QR code and searching via mobile phone to follow with library Wechat official accounts, and conducted an investigation on the development status of library's wechat service from the opening time, account type, certification, service contents etc., and proposed that university library should actively open wechat service, standard wechat official account, strengthen its propagandizing & popularizing, offer personalized wechat service and pay attention to the certification and management of wechat official account.
