Studying on the Status and Value of Open Access

Abstract: This paper analyzes the status quo of Open Access resources in China and abroad, which utilizing Edge worth Box to illustrate that the information resources of Open Access that can promote the development of OA. It can realize the sharing of the information resources. Based on the era of big data, the development of OA can be analyzed in hierarchical from government, educational institutions, and the field of libraries, from which can study the value of information researching. The researching of it can promote the developing of OA in domestic. It can eliminate difference and influence from the information gap. We can create more value from the information of OA.
