Analysis and Prevention of Copyright Risk in Library Collection Digitization

Abstract: Library collection digitization is one of the important means for the construction of digital resource in libraries, as well as the only way to adapt the needs for the development of digital age, at the same time it has also faced to much risks of copyright infringement. Based on the study of typical judicial cases, this paper did not only conclude the types of copyright risk during the library collection digitization and service, but also offered a solution in the end.
