Resisting Measures and Thinking to Academic Misconduct from the Perspective of Scientific Journal Editor

Abstract: Taking the Springer retraction event as an opportunity, from the perspective of scientific journal editor, this paper discuss the specific measures against academic misconducts based on the publishing process of scientific papers including receiving, examination, review, editing and publishing links, and put forward some existed problems.
