Research on the mode of Information Service for Rural Users from Alliance of Jilin STLISP and CRSTA

Abstract: Taking Jilin STLISP and Jilin CRSTA as the example, the difficulties of two information service organizations on providing information service for rural users were expounded. And then, the solution focusing on these issues was presented, which was to build the mode of information service from the alliance of Jilin STLISP and CRSTA.
