Study on the Key Influencing Factors of Effectiveness Evaluation for Public Library's Wechat Platform Reading Promotion Service ——Multi-dimensional Compound Analysis based on Schram's Mass Communication Theory

Abstract: Taking Schram mass communication model as the theoretical basis to build index factors, this paper constructed the effectiveness evaluation model for public library's wechat platform reading promotion service, and deeply excavated the influential factors based on multi-dimensional composite factors analysis of DEMATEL system, and put forward some suggestions and countermeasures to promote the effectiveness and quality of reading promotion service via wechat platform according to the cause factors, resultant factors and centrality of each element.
