Abstract: For the status that mobile library service is still in the early development stage and the service level of software system is relatively backward, based on the ideas and methods of software engineering research frame structure, this paper provided the support for the development of a high level mobile library service platform. It included the overall framework, digital rights management framework, functional framework, with each framework using a graphical show frame structure, and described the various compo-nents and main techniques. Using the research results, developers only need to write code in a particular position, which has significantly improved the efficiency of development, and the developed platform has clear structure and stable performance, and is easy to maintain and transplant.
