Research of Municipal Library Capacity Building Evaluation System——Case of Hubei Municipal Public Libraries

Abstract: Based on the review on service capacity evaluation of domestic public libraries, this paper built the municipal library capacity evaluation system, including two first-class indexes, six second-class indexes and twenty-one third-class indexes. Then, it selected eleven municipal libraries in Hubei province as samples from Statistical Yearbook of Hubei 2016 and performed Grey relevancy analysis to conduct the empirical research on the evaluation system.
