Strategy Analysis on User Information Literacy in big data Environment

Abstract: Users’ information literacy level determines the information literacy level of the whole society. The era of big data has brought both opportunity and challenge to users, and use behaviors have also changed with the era changing. How to improve user information literacy has become an urgent research topic. Combining with the current background, this paper summarized the requirements of big data on information literacy, and analyzed the user information behavior in the environment of big data, and put forward the new "Crowdsourcing" strategy to enhance the information literacy of users in the big data era from the view of government, online MOOC, library and user.
