Abstract: This paper briefly introduced the present situation of public cultural reading service system of agricultural and pastoral areas in the process of urbanization in Tibet. It analyzed the main factors affecting the construction of public reading service in rural areas of Tibet, and expounded the practical significance in improving the public reading service in the process of urbanization in Tibet, and put forward the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of public cultural reading service system in Tibet’s agricultural and pastoral areas, so as to have a more objective understanding on the construction of rural public cultural reading service system in the process of urbanization in Tibet, and promote the construction of rural public reading service in Tibet to make greater progress.
