Abstract: Based on the current situation of the development of Tibet autonomous region library culture, from two aspects of industry perspective and regional perspective, in-depth analysis of the library and other grassroots public cultural institutions to participate in the importance of building a harmonious society in Tibet, expounds the unique role of library public cultural institutions in the construction of Harmonious Society in Tibet.
