Discussion on the Development of Public Library under the Strategy of Powerful Country Construction via Culture

Abstract: Public library is acted as the main force of socialist culture construction to implement the strategy of Powerful Country Construction via Culture, and plays its core role with modern, high-tech and advancing attitude. This paper discussed the functions and role of public library under the strategy of Powerful Country Construction via Culture, and analyzed the existing problems and put forward the strategies to promote healthy development of public library and play its role in Powerful Country Construction via Culture.
