Abstract: In this paper, user behavior of mobile library based on Information Behavior Theory mainly refers to user information behavior of mobile library, whose information needs, information resource and information terminal take on new features of the times. To begin with, this paper describes briefly the classification and overall characteristics of user information behavior of mobile library. Then deep research is done on user information needs, psychological motive, information consciousness and the relation with information behavior, especially the relevance between information needs and information behavior. On this basis, user information behavior model of mobile library is constructed. The writer considers that this model will impede the implementation of information behavior in terms of information selection and information utilization. At last, specific measures in the aspects of resource, environment, user and librarian are put forward to promote user information behavior of mobile library.
