A Research about the Protection of the Dissertation’s Copyright in the Internet Age

Abstract: In the internet age, due to the ambiguous ownership of copyright, the differences between people’s understanding, and the vague authority delegation system, it’s difficult to set up a sound dissertation -use system. Only when the ownership of copyright is clear and the authority delegation system is standard, a reasonable dissertation-use system which can both protect the copyright and balance the interests of different people can be established.
