Research on the 4R Marketing of University Library Driven by the big data

Abstract: Based on the necessity and feasibility analysis of library marketing in the era of big data, the article discussed how to use the 4R marketing theory in the university library to implement the library marketing effectively and adjust service concept and management strategy as well as improve service quality.
