Construct of University Library Management Framework from the Perspective of Knowledge Management

Abstract: Sectors of the society is paying more attention to knowledge management as the continuous development of the global information technology. It has been an inevitable trend that university libraries shall introduce the concept of knowledge management to promote the innovation of service system. Knowledge management can explore potential capacity of librarian and the entire organization. It can also be helpful to build a real learning library and cultivate innovative talents for the university. Based on knowledge management, the article proposes several strategies to build university library management framework.
