Optimal Allocation of Teaching-oriented Video Resources

Abstract: In view of the urgent need of high quality video resources in specialized courses teaching in today’s multimedia age, this paper analyses the current problem of inefficiency in video resources allocation in university libraries, and then proposes some suggestions for construction of teaching video resources from the perspective of allocation costs, quantity and quality control of the resources.
