Subject Lean Acquisition of the Purchase and Catalogue Department of Sub-library in Amalgamative University During Transition Period

Abstract: Campus library integration of merger universities involve questions of reality: organization and management、distribution of human resources department ,etc. The duty’s change of subject sub-Library acquisition librarian and subject librarian provides favorable conditions to the model change from sub-library acquisition to subject acquisition librarian. On this basis, paper analyses the mechanism establishment of subject acquisition librarian leading by purchase and catalogue department of sub-Library, and shift acquisition subject literature guarantee mechanism of sub-Library on the basis of PDA platform, in order to discuss the way to realize subject lean acquisition in university library.
