Abstract: Based the collected data from the Library of Shanghai Ocean University,this study targets the theoretical and practical realization of the dimensional reading of the university library serving for the cultural construction of harmonious university campus. It proposes that adequately taking advantage of dimensional reading of the university library lead to the construction of the resources sharing platform of dimensional reading service of the university library. Furthermore,the cultural construction of the harmonious university campus with good humanity quality and super-quality humanity care will aim at the pursuit of noble spirit and culture,the guidance of the right culture,the good cultural mood of the university campus and the stronger radiation of right culture.
