Abstract: It becomes inevitable that University Library should open to the public for services. It's the key for developing innovation service to take effective service model so as to improve its service effect. Through building knowledge information Integrated service model for university library, it is to develop the motivation Analysis of serving society,build knowledge information integrated service model which puts sources, technology, organization and user as centers respectively, so as to improve the level and effect for serving the society; to a deeper degree, it's a root purpose for university library to provide service for society.
