Abstract: The 4G network and the four generation mobile communication technology and emerge as the times require, university library how to build the platform of Mobile Library under the condition of 4G.This paper mainly from the 4G,mobile library, mobile library concept based on 4G network conditions and the characteristics of 4G under the environment of the library of Huaiyin Institute of Technology and China Mobile cooperation to build the platform of mobile library and the main measure method.
