Abstract: With the official commercial 4G network technology in our country, and its high data transfer rate will rise to a higher reading needs. Libraries should adapt to social development, according to the needs of readers, mobile library service transformation and expansion of innovation, the 4G technology used in mobile libraries to maximize the use of library resources. Under the 4G mobile network rich library of multimedia resources, diversified services business, can be calculated by 4G technology to build cloud-based digital library resources technology mobile platform, mobile location search, build strong social interaction of reading platform to fully play mobile library services.
