Abstract: Procurement work of the library, according to the work need to arrange some readers directly involved in the work, in order to improve the quality of books purchasing. Procurement process, need to check again. In this paper, under the 4 g mobile networks, via mobile Internet terminal in real time and to check weight ratio, the museum collection data data to reduce the repetition rate of purchasing books, improve the quality of purchasing books and the process of implementation method.
