Tacit Knowledge Transfer in University Library’s Reader Service

Abstract: Based on research about the concept of tacit knowledge and its transfer in university library’s reader service, this paper summarized the role of tacit knowledge in library reader service, and extracted the deficiencies, so as to find the improvement strategy.
