Study and Strategy of the Relevant Problems of the Construction of the New Library System Under the Network Environment

Abstract: With the growing popularity and update of network technology,the traditional library system has been unable to meet the current needs of readers. The use of network technology services will be gradually integrated into people's lives,study,work,in the influence character by environment in changing people's way of thinking and behavior habits. Compare the network library is the superiorities of traditional library,discusses the construction of the library system under the network environment,the principle of facing challenges and need to take countermeasures problem.
