Abstract: With the rapidly expanded coverage of library service and the diverse demands of readers in center-branch library system, the construction of literature resource has faced higher requirements. Quality control can optimize the management of library, resolve the contradiction between quantity and quality of literature collection and improve the collection and service level. In the center-branch library system, library should follow the systematic, dynamic and equalizing principles to control the whole process of literature resource construction according to the different objectives and tasks at each stage.
