Practice and Research of University Library's Circulation Service Quality

Abstract: Circulation service of university library is the most important window for the library. Reader is the main service object of circulation service work and library staff is the service personnel, while book is the service carrier and rule is the service safeguard and environment is the service condition. These five major elements complement each other, work together to ensure the circulation service quality of university library and improve the utilization rate of library books and cultural atmosphere.
