Questionnaire Survey and Analysis of Maoming’s Intellectual Property Right Condition

Abstract: Focusing on the problems in the field of intellectual property, this paper made a questionnaire survey about the sci-tech staff and managers’ intellectual property consciousness in government agency, colleges and universities, hi-tech industries, SOEs and SMEs in Maoming, to find out several existing problems and propose some corresponding suggestions.
