Abstract: Cloud computing is gradually known and widely used, which makes it easier for people to obtain information. But this convenience also has attracted wide attention of the protection of intellectual property in the cloud. Based on the characteristics of data and the intellectual property under cloud computing environment, the problems that protection of intellectual property faced with are discussed, and some solutions are proposed as well.
