On the Types and Reasons of the Library Crisis

Abstract: University library is not only an university system, but also an important cell of the society. It must face the changes many internal and external environment, also have to face the threat of changes in the external environment for their survival and development caused by. With the development of society, many problems of information resource diversification, service system reform, survival crisis, resource crisis, talent crisis, service crisis existing in University Library have been possible from hiding to the outbreak.
