Countermeasures on Rural Public Crisis Prevention and Control in Big Data Era

Abstract: With the rapid development of a new round of information technology, the era with the large-scale production, sharing and application of data has arrived.With big data driven as the core, the new generation of information technology to support the use of big data also began to penetrate into the rural public crisis prevention and control. In the era of big data, the rural public crisis prevention and Control is the linkage result of three major elements including big data, information technology and management thinking, which needs thinking transformation as a breakthrough to calmly deal with the new challenges, firmly grasp the new opportunities and new requirements follow management, conduct effective prevention and control for the increasingly norm and complex rural public crisis.
