Strengthen the Society Function, the Promotion Society Service Innovation Ability of Science and Technology Research

Abstract: As an important part of the China association for science and technology, Xingjiang association for science and technology in Xingjiang science and technology development and play an important role in the construction of social economy, and made an outstanding contribution. Society still exist and development of the work, of course, the overall level is not high, uneven development, problems such as lacking the ability to learn to self development. To this end, in October 2012, association for science and technology in xinjiang launch decision-making consultation project \"how to better play its leading role in building an innovative xinjiang\". The aim is to further raise awareness, unified thought, clear association for science and technology in xinjiang belongs to learn the status and function in the construction of an innovative xinjiang, studied and discussed the xinjiang belongs to society in the developing problems, work ideas and countermeasures, promote society ability, make it as soon as possible to adapt to the needs of the reform and development of xinjiang.
