The Management and Service mode of University Library Based on RFID Technology——Taking the Library of Shandong Agricultural University as Example

Abstract: The changes of university library brought by RFID application were discussed in this paper, such as building reconstruction, resource integration, institution reform etc. The changes of management and service mode were also analyzed, such as learning environment, borrowing and returning mode, borrowing and returning time and the changes of librarians’ role in service. The problem about how to improve the service of university library was also involved and some methods were put forward.
