Make a thorough inquiry on way of Librarians’ Training and Development——In the construction of University Digital Library as an example

Abstract: It’s the key to solve the problem of university digital library construction on building a professional and scientifically talent team. This passage analyses from the practice of construction development in university digital library, based on the actual problems existing in the personnel training path. Combining with the development space such as professional consciousness, knowledge structure and development speed. It put forward the idea of setting development of talent cultivation, professional talent training courses with teaching materials and building system of professional qualifications. Its aim is to enhance professional identity and develop the librarian training.
