"Micro" era from the perspective of public library knowledge services research

Abstract: At present, the domestic university library consortium show good situation, and they play a positive role to the construction and development of their member libraries. However, these member libraries Especially small and medium-sized members all face with some problems either in the user training or the librarian training. The paper points out the necessity of cooperation training and implementation scheme organized by university library consortium. Finally, the paper proposes some problems for attention.
