Research on Mobile APP Services in University Libraries

Abstract: With the development of 4G and mobile internet,mobile APP（application）has been extensively applied in information services and knowledge dissemination by its characteristics,such as convenient、speedy and personalized customization push. But due to the limited technology in university library,university library mobile APP has a lot of problems: Such as fewer homogeneity、personalized service less、User experience is not good、introduction of use is not enough,etc. University library should be around the users’ core needs,strengthen the study of human nature、strengthen technical cooperation with a third party、strengthen the promotion,promote the development of mobile APP service in university library.
