Reading Support Therapy on College Students' Mental Health Education Carried out in University Libraries——Based on the Perspective of the Development of Reading Therapy

Abstract: Students undertake academic, life, emotion, employment pressure; the mental health of college students has been in an emergency. Reading therapy as an economic, convenient operation, the psychological health education mode, wide coverage, strong pertinence. University library carrying out reading therapy is conducive to innovation of library services, the educational function of university library, play, and students through reading and communication, improve mood, the correct cognition deviation, so as to adjust their mental state and behavior, to achieve the prevention, mental health and mental illness, to provide sufficient nutrients to develop its good psychological quality, force into moral education in universities.
