摘要/Abstract

摘要： 基于UTAUT理论,运用多元方法对内蒙古地区4所大学所选人群进行终端用户接受和利用电子图书馆服务程度检测。分析终端用户接受和利用电子图书馆服务行为意向和电子图书馆服务利用行为的影响因素。并得出结论：在内蒙古地区本科院校终端用户接受和利用电子图书馆服务占57%的差异;其终端用户接受和利用电子图书馆服务社会群体起到重要作用。

Abstract: This paper measured the levels of end-users’ acceptance and use of e-library service by employing multiple methods based on UTAUT model, and analyzed the factors influencing end-users’ behavioral intentions and usage on accepting and using e-library service. The results showed 57 percent of variances existed in end-users’ acceptance and use of e-library service in the universities of Inner Mongolia area, and social influence played a significant role in end-users’ acceptance and use of e-library service.
