摘要/Abstract

摘要： 农村图书馆对于推动农村现代化建设具有重要意义。传统的图书馆模式已经不能满足农民的信息需求，拥有诸多优势的电子图书馆是农村图书馆发展的一种新途径。当今电子图书馆发展存在着一些关键性的制约问题亟待解决，加快河北省农村电子图书馆发展需要创建符合农村实际的发展促进机制。

关键词: 电子图书馆, 机制创建, 关键性问题

Abstract: The rural library has the vital significance for promoting the modernization of rural areas. The traditional mode of the library has been unable to meet the information needs of farmers,electronic library has many advantages is a kind of new way of rural library development. The development of today's electronic library with restrictions in some key questions to be solved,accelerate rural electronic library of Hebei province rural development requires create actual promotion mechanism.
