Abstract: With the popularization and development of Internet, and the implementation of “Internet+” strategy, information has widely and deeply changed people's life and production. Information construction has been the main direction of China’s rural science and technology information service. But how to help farmers with low standard of culture adapt to the requirements of information construction and find useful science and technology information in mass information, to promote production and develop economy, has become an urgent problem. Based on the development status of rural science and technology information, this paper analyzed the rapid popularization and new requirements of “Internet+” on rural informatization, and proposed preliminary ideas.
