高校图书馆在书院制教育中的可为空间——以北京联合大学应用文理学院为例

摘要: 大学生是国家的未来、民族的希望,为社会培养出高素质人才是高校的使命。中国高校传统的管理模式强调对学生进行自上而下的管理和教育,注重学生共性的培养和纪律的要求,已经无法适应时代的发展。新型的书院制学生管理模式应运而生,它以完全学分制为基础,注重通识教育,以学生宿舍为平台,促进学生的全面发展,致力于将学生培养成为适应社会发展需要的创新性人才。北京联合大学应用文理学院自2014年起进行了书院制育人模式的探索,图书馆面对学院书院制教育的改革,必须改变服务方式,创新服务内容,发挥自身优势,参与到书院建设中来。

Abstract: College students are the future of the country, the hope of the nation. It is the mission of university to train high-quality talents for the community. The traditional student management mode in China has emphasized the management and education from top to bottom, paid attention to the common culture of students and discipline requirements, which has been unable to adapt to the development of the times. The new type of academy student management mode has came into being, which is based on the full credit system, focusing on general education with student dormitory as the platform, trying to promote students to be innovative talents according to social development needs. College of Applied Arts and Sciences of Beijing Union University has carried out the exploration of academy education mode since 2014. Library should change the service mode, innovate the service content, play its own advantages and participate in the construction of the academy.
