摘要: 分析了图书馆的公共性,从服务范围、服务方式以及服务人才3个方面探讨图书馆公益文化服务在“互联网+”时代出现的新变化,并从“定点+流动”、“教育+休闲”、“普通+特殊”、“实地+网络”这4方面提出服务模式创新的基本途径,最后强调服务模式发展的法律、经费、资源和人才四大保障,以供借鉴。

Abstract: This paper analyzed the publicity of library, and explored new changes of library’s public cultural service in the "Internet +" era from the scope of service, service model and service personnel, and put forward the basic way of service model innovation from four aspects of "point + flow", "education + leisure", "ordinary + special" and "field + network", and finally emphasized the development guarantees of legislation, fund, resource and talent.
